I feel a little pressure/tingling in my chest on the left side only what can it be?

Nonspecific symptoms: These are very nonspecific symptoms. Much more info is needed to make any sense of them. Heart problems rarely cause tingling. Anxiety is a very common cause of strange chest symptoms. But if the symptoms are worrisome, then a medical exam is warranted to rule out anything serious.
