Severe: Anorexia is something that should be addressed both physically and psychologically. It is often an issue of lack of control of our lives in general and we cling to controlling our eating, often to our own destruction. Overeating and under-eating are both destructive. When we talk to ourselves, we tend to give ourselves bad advice. Talk to a medical/psychological professional.

Very concerning!!: Based on your body mass index (BMI) which is 13.8, you are at an unhealthy weight. Normal BMI should be in the 22-24 range which should put you at a weight range of 125-135 pounds. I am glad to see that you are looking to get help. Staying at that weight can lead to a lot of serious medical problems. You need to see your doctor for evaluation ASAP!! I pray that you get better young lady!!
