Very low: These rates are difficult to calculate for obvious reasons. Certainly the specific situation you describe has not been studied. When studied, it is typically in the situation where one partner is HIV positive and other is negative. Pooled research studies suggest that the risk of infection in this situation (one +, one -) to the woman in one act of vaginal sex is 0.08%. Still, practice SAFE SEX!
