Dandruff and acne: Dandruff can be helped by a dandruff shampoo such as sebulex, or neutogena tgel or neutogena tsal or head and shoulders or Nizoral (2% ketoconazole) shampoo. You should shampoo every day with these. If this is not strong enough see your dermatologist who can prescribe an anti inflammatory lotion to use with the shampoo. Depending upon your age there are birth control pills that can help acne.
