Why would a galactocele that was discovered (on u/s) while breastfeeding still be present 5 years later? or is it something else? what should be done?

See your GYN: Nobody can diagnose a galactocele (vs something else) in a virtual short question format such as this. Make an appointment to follow up with gynecologist. Are they the one that ordered the US 5 years ago? They should have records to compare what they are seeing now with what was then and can order f/u testing if necessary.
