......: for seasonal allergies, you may try to take an over the counter anti-histamine or a nasal steroid spray to see if that improves symptoms. otherwise, you may have to see your healthcare provider for prescription meds.

Breathing issue?: Do you have trouble breathing or just trouble breathing through your nose? If OTC medications have not helped, you need to consult your doctor or even an allergist to help you control your symptoms especially if you have problem with shortness of breath, wheezing, and/or coughing- which would point to asthma.
