Respiratory issue?: Dizzy spells ONLY at night? Or worse at night when you get up to go to the bathroom, or when you roll over from your back to your belly? Coughing could be easily explained by some sort of viral illness you may have gotten (and so can the dizziness for that matter). Coughing when taking deep breath could be caused by restriction of airflow as in asthma. Bottom line-- time to see a real time doc.
