It can be a viral syndrome - do you have fever or rash or sore throat or diarrhea? It can be from overuse. Been chopping wood? or carrying a baby? Cause is hard to determine with such limited information.

Pain is a signal...: There are many possibilities for these symptoms and in the absence of other symptoms or feeling ill, I think it is reasonable to set up an appointment this week with your doctor. What seems to be simply muscle aches could be chronic and not life-threatening problems or rarely more immediate problems that need to be addressed promptly. At your age and with no other symptoms, the former is likely.
