Not really: Good hygiene very important. Daily care of these areas to remove crust and keep areas clean and dry. It really is an upkeep. issues. Unfortunately for my patients with this condition if has to become a daily or even several times a day ritual of treatment to keep it in check. Using the topical treatments as prescribed by your dermatologist also very important. Sorry. Best of luck. Dr R
