Is 10,000 mcg biotin too much? i want to grow my hair.

It's not too much: The recommended dose is generally up to 5000 mcg, but 10,000 shouldn't be a problem. Remember, not everyone responds to Biotin. If that fails after 6 months or so, Consumers Reports recommends an alternate proprietary product sold by Whole Body Research. No product can guarantee results. Good luck
