Lump: Hi. If the lump moves relative to the testicle, it's not likely to be cancer. But testicles move. If the lump moves WITH the testicle (i.e., is fixed to and part of the testicle), it should be biopsied. See your doctor. Good on you for doing testicular self-examination!
