Probably harmless: While the odds are they are harmless, it is impossible to know without a proper evaluation, and in some cases follow-up exams. A proper exam by a doctor is in order. Ask if an ultrasound is appropriate. This isn't urgent, but you should have it checked within the month. Hope this helps!
