Odds are no: It doesn't sound like you have any risk factors to be exposed to ebola. Remember, there are many common virus that can create the symptoms that you describe.

Ebola: Highly unlikely. Likely just viral/bacterial gastroenteritis, H pylori, reflux, strep can cause achiness and later abdominal issues. To get Ebola you have to have contact with an ill person or someone who was in contract with an ill person and was incubating. Don't worry. But do drink plenty of fluids as diarrhea dehydrates. Follow up with doctor /urgent care..
