Ebola: Highly unlikely. Likely just viral/bacterial gastroenteritis, H pylori, reflux, strep can cause achiness and later abdominal issues. To get Ebola you have to have contact with an ill person or someone who was in contract with an ill person and was incubating. Don't worry. But do drink plenty of fluids as diarrhea dehydrates.
