Probably not: The urine pregnancy test for HCG was obviously falsely negative, or the amount of HCG was below the positive threshhold of the urine test.

Not necessasty: Agree to get a hcg level if needed.However the home test may not be as sensitive, either test could have given a false positive or negative or just be faulty.I would wait a day or two and take another test
