Possible infected : Possibly an infected cyst. Would recommend warm compresses several times per day and check to see if any item of clothing is rubbing area. Please do not squeeze to try to "pop" it. If increasing or not improving, will need to be seen in person or if not possible start with telemedicine visit. Please call your doctor to do this.

Get checked: Get this checked by your gynecologist. It may be something as simple as an ingrown hair but could be a more serious infection.
