Basics: The localized skin irritation/reaction you may have developed will in no way affect the fetus. That fetus is surrounded by the fetal membranes which are a protective envelope. Only things that make it into your blood can bother baby. Skin lotions/creams that you may use to treat this also do not enter the blood. Just work to stay healthy & don't sweat this minor issue.
