Stay hydrated: Most of these complaints are due to normal reaction of the body with position adjustment after a prolonged period of rest. However, early morning headache may indicate elevated blood pressure. You need to be evaluated. Also, stay hydrated-headaches are often a symptom of dehydration that happens even in colder climate due to dry air.
