A member asked:

What should i do if paragard is falling out after eight months?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See a Doctor: Paragard may not prevent pregnancy if its falling out or not correctly positioned in the uterus. If you suspect it is falling out, you should see a doctor who can do an exam and see what is going on. If its really falling out, it needs to be removed and you will need a different contraceptive. In the mean-time, use condoms or abstain from intercourse. Best wishes!
