That REALLY depends: Paraguard does not usually cause missed periods. So, the reason for missing this cycle will depend on several factors. Your age, other symptoms you're experiencing, medical conditions, and other medications you take are just a few facts which should be taken into account when evaluating a missed cycle. The bottom line - i don't think anybody can answer your question without more information.

It sounds like you need to be seen by your doctor for a thorough evaluation, including an examination and possibly an ultrasound and blood tests. No diagnosis can be made without this evaluation. (And after you've been seen, please let us know how you're doing!)
