That REALLY depends: Paraguard does not usually cause missed periods. So, the reason for missing this cycle will depend on several factors. Your age, other symptoms you're experiencing, medical conditions, and other medications you take are just a few facts which should be taken into account when evaluating a missed cycle. The bottom line - i don't think anybody can answer your question without more information.

Off cycle: You could have just had an off cycle this month..One where you did not make an egg. You are not a machine and such a thing can happen occasionally. If more than three months go by without a period and your pregnancy tests are negative..See your doctor.
