No more than regular: "uncle monied" water, but it may aid in digesting food. If adding flavor to your water keeps you away from pop and other crappy liquids, knock yourself out! good for you, keep drinking the "high quality h2o"!

No, not unless . . .: Lemon water, or any flavored or unflavored water drink, with or without caffeine, will not "burn fat" unless the drink contains no sugar, and unless the drink substitutes for other snacks, meals, or drinks that do contain calories. On the other hand, using a couple of heavy jugs of lemon water as weights, to do lots of arm curls and other weight lifting exercises, will burn off some calories!
