Not directly. : Not directly, but possibly indirectly. Osteomalacia is an abnormality in the mineralization of the bone that can weaken it and make the bone more likely to fracture; it would not have a direct relationship with bruising of the skin. An indirect relationship can exist, however, because there are some conditions that can cause both osteomalacia and bruising of the skin. Be seen for a evaluation.
