Helpful for many: Chiropractic has been shown to be helpful for many conditions such as headaches, neck and back pain. It focuses on nerves, joints and muscles. So, any condition that involves those, may be benefitted by chiropractic.

Yes and no: Chiropractic treatment helps many people, but you have to be patient and also realize that it can't help or "cure" everyone. All professions are similar in that a multi-disciplinary approach is often the best road to take in a lot of issues.
