Same : I'm sorry to tell you that "non-scalpel" vasectomy is basically a marketing scam. it is not possible to perform a vasectomy without making some sort of puncture in the skin overlying the vas. How this puncture is made ( scalpel vs sharp pointed hemostat or scissors) is irrelevant to the outcome.
