Hepatitis B: Many people these days have been vaccinated against Hepatitis B, and such immune status appears as positive Hep B surface antibodies on their blood test. If your test was negative for surface antibody, then you are considered not immune to Hepatitis B. If you have never been vaccinated against Hep B, ask your doctor about getting the vaccine.
