I have scratches on my mole before. i saw a doctor and he said it is fine.however during healing,there is some grey skin around the mole.will it fade?

Maybe: The gray is likely from the immune reaction to the scratches, leaving the deep nevus cells (that make it a "mole") only. There is a chance the mole will re-grow, or that the gray will fade. On rare occasions the mole itself will fade.
