Not unusual: You and your daughter are just starting out on this, and it takes time to get it all coordinated. If you feel like your breasts aren't empty, pump for a few minutes after you are done nursing. If baby is gaining weight, & regularly pooping & peeing, she's doing ok. The best book to read for tips on breastfeeding is "so that's what they're for: breastfeeding basics" by janet todaro. Good luck!
