Grieving: Is normal with the death of a family member. If it persists reater than 3 months it could be classified as an adjustment disorder. The tingling in your fingers may be due to hyperventilation or from recurrent vomiting. Try to eat a healthy balanced diet. See your doctor if your symptoms persist to have lab work checked and discuss further. You may benefit from talking with a psychologist.
