Depends: It sounds like you are having abdominal pain that comes w both hard + loose stools. It is hard to say what is the cause. It would be helpful for you to jot down timing of the pain (hour, if connected to particular food or liquids), frequency of the bowel movements, if you see blood, mucus in your bowel, if nausea/vomiting. It is best to for you to see your doctor and review what is going on.
