Pic worth 1000 words: A digital pic of the spots would be much easier to diagnose. They could be anything from insect bites to an allergic skin rash. Doubt that the stomach symptoms have much to do with spots on your leg. If they get larger, travel to the other side, become more plentiful in number, or start getting swollen etc. you will need to see a doctor.
