My nose is not blocked but i'm finding it hard to breathe through my nose. i always seem to get temple throbbing headaches and my face feels hot.

Nasal blockade: You say your nose "is not blocked" but it's "hard to breathe through my nose". I don't understand! It' is blocked or it isn't? It may not be congestion. Polyps or deviated septum may obstruct breathing. The word "throbbing" when applied to headaches, esp. in a pre-menopausal woman, always suggests migraine.
