Ranitidine is an aci: You are having too much acid it could be reflux. Can you see a gastroenterologist. This needs to be clarified. It could be acid reflux. Ranitidine is an H2 blocker and stop acid production by your stomach. You need to know why you have the acid

If your symptoms peisist irrespective of the ranidom, have it checked for any infection in the stomach or any other cause, that need to be treated with combination of antibiotic and acid reducers
