Carpal tunnel?: Carpal tunnel syndrome may worsen at night since we tend to grasp our hands while sleeping. Wearing wrist splint at night may be helpful. However one must rule out other neurologic or sleep issue and you do need to consult a doctor about this. This is also not my specialty.
