No quick or easy way: First, minimize your carbohydrate intake. Increase your exercise. 15 minutes of walking each day will make a big difference. Supplements that will help include: Berberine, 1500-2000 mg per day; Mulberry Leaf extract, 1500-2000 mg per day; White Kidney Bean Extract (a starch blocker) with each meal or carbohydrate snack.

There are some...: Low carb diet, exercise, high fiber diet all help to lower blood sugar. BUT it is not a treatment for diabetes. If you have been diagnosed as diabetic you need to follow your dr.'s advice in regard to medication/insulin to prevent long term damage.

Yes: In a word, exercise. Remember your muscle tissues require glucose as energy to contract. If you have a mildly elevated blood sugar, exercise will reduce the level of blood sugar within 30 minutes to an hour. No matter what your diabetes treatment is, you can utilize exercise to reduce blood sugar. Try it now. Check your blood sugar, walk one hour, then recheck. See the difference?
