Sleepy: Jimmy, The increased dose of lorazepam should cause some extra drowsiness, but that dose is well within the acceptable range for someone your size. I wouldn't expect any significant adverse reactions. If you have extreme confusion, your friends cannot wake you, or you have difficulty breathing, go to the ER. Hope this helps!
