Look at your diet!: What goes in must come out! So, often our diets and lack of hydration is the biggest culprits of why people get constipated. NOT enough fiber in the diet, too much processed foods, shakes, powders (meals). So eating foods with high fiber (fruits, veges) help prevent against constipation and drinking lots of purified water helps too. Also, not delaying your BM for days helps too. Be regular and go!
