I was in an fatal car accident, but, got out lucky. seatbelt bruised my entire right breast, bruising is almost completely gone but now i have a lump.

Resolving hematoma: Sorry to hear that someone was killed. That's terrible. You are indeed very lucky. The lump is not unexpected. Often times when we get a bad bruise, even once the color of the bruise is gone a lump remains behind. It's basically a hematoma (collective of blood from the bruise). The body will generally reabsorb the blood but it can take a long time.
