More or less: Hi. Rib pain from a fractured rib is nasty stuff. I would say that pain is not normal, but is normal for a broken rib. Of course a rib fracture DOES NOT rule out concomitant coronary artery disease. So of course I can't say you're not having angina. You could see your doc and see what he/she suggests.
