Quite low: Realize that most fragrances, including cologne's have an alcohol base, which makes it difficult for many microbes to survive. The same can be said of many aftershaves, at least from an alcohol base perspective. Your more likely though, to create irritation of the cut related to the chemicals rather than cause an infection.
