Yes: tubal lligation is not 100 % effective. The younger a woman was at the time her tubes were tied, the higher the likelihood of failure. Take a pregnancy test.

Tubal ligation: If your tubes were tied years ago, it's not likely that you got pregnant. If you did, there is a much higher chance that it would be an ectopic pregnancy. Still, the safest course would be to get a pregnancy test to confirm this.
