Progestin: Changing to a bcp with a different progestin in it than you are currently using may help. For example, if the progestin currently is norethindrone (norethisterone) then switch to levonorgestrel (there are several others, you may need to work with your gynecologist). There is gas binding/absorbing over the counter medications.
