Difficult to say.: It's difficult to answer your question without more information. Is it time for your menses to come or are you about mid cycle in your menses?. If it's time for you menses then it may be the start of it. If you are about mid cycle it may be ovulation or implantation. If you miss your menses then do a pregnancy test.
