there's a hole on the underside of my penis (on the skin) with a hair growing out, my skin also look as it's been burnt... should i be worried?

Hole in penis: This sounds like a hair follicle which could be infected or ingrown. Several questions such as shaving, drainage , redness would tell us if there is infected follicle, folliculitis
