Nothing serious: most likely you have a spot on your chest x Ray or your Ct scan and they diagnosed the spot as a benign granule a apparently it is small and it is calcified unless you are smoker do not worry if you are smoker make sure your doctor keep the eye on your lungs and follow with chest x Ray
