No: I assume that you are referring to a microscopic examination of your urine and 'PUS' cell refers to white blood cells. If that's the case, the values appears to be within normal limits. If you are still concern, your doctor may do a urine culture. If you are having pain or burning with urination then you should take antibiotic.
