Possible: This wet mount is NOT diagnostic. Your symptoms and a culture is necessary. Your Primary Care Provider may treat you with a "mixed formula" (Anti Yeast/Bacterial) Vaginal Cream or Suppository HOWEVER if you have an active sexual partner an EXACT Diagnosis is necessary to eliminate passing an infection back and forth.
