A member asked:

I have a small upper thoracic hump, are there any exercises that will help reduce it before it gets any worse?

It depends: If the hump is related to degenerative changes of the bones like what is seen some cases of kyphosis, this may be difficult to resolve. Also if this is related to a fat pad, again it may be difficult to resolve. Otherwise focus on exercises that improve your posture like yoga, upper/mid back and core exercises. If you'd like more specifics consider a formal consultation.
