It depends: If the hump is related to degenerative changes of the bones like what is seen some cases of kyphosis, this may be difficult to resolve. Also if this is related to a fat pad, again it may be difficult to resolve. Otherwise focus on exercises that improve your posture like yoga, upper/mid back and core exercises.
