How long does it take for internal stitches take to desolve after a c section. it has been 8 months after i had a c-section and my suchers haven't gone?

2-3 weeks: Depending on the type of sutures used, they usually take 2-3 weeks to dissolve (unless they used wire-very unlikeley for a c-section). You may be feeling a scar that formed around the suture. Get it checked.
