Hallucinations: Your daughter seems to be experiencing auditory and visual hallucinations. Medications, psychiatric illness, problems with the brain and other things can cause these. Her pediatrician should be notified ASAP so an evaluation can be initiated, and the appropriate referrals made. She is likely scared and confused, so please don't delay.

She should see: a good therapist or psychiatrist with a specialty in children's problems. It may be only night terrors but why take the chance it may be something worse.

Psych consult: I see the patient has a diagnosis of ADHD and many times these patients also have other diagnoses like anxiety or depression. What is the social situation? Any issues in school (bullying?). Is it possible child has another diagnosis and was mislabeled as ADHD? These are all reasons why you need a psychiatry consult ASAP

Contact her...: Pediatrician tomorrow, as he or she can refer you to a child psychiatrist, if this is indicated. This could be a side effect of the Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) she's taking as well, and discontinuing this medication and/or switching to another medication should be considered. Anxiety and even hallucinations have been reported with ADHD medications.
