Very Little: Like most things in nature, there is asymmetry, when things at far glance looks symmetric. Asymmetric sized kidneys that are pretty close to one another in size, is very common. If you have further questions, please talk to your doctor.

Nothing: If you were born that way (congenital).-However, if a new issue, with a history of kidney issues: consult a nephrologist.
