Zinc and Omega 3: Zinc supplements in normal doses, usually around 220 mg per day, and omega -3 oil 1000 - 1250 mg up to four times a day should not cause any adverse interaction. Omega-3 is usually more tolerable from a GI standpoint if taken with food.
